For 15+ years Jason DaWayne Smith has served global brands in his leadership roles at Mindshare, Horizon and GSD&M. Today, he is responsible for 100% of Location Sciences’ business in North America, its largest market and sits on the board of directors at the Chicago Advertising Federation.
Jason took on the role at Location Sciences because the company uniquely addresses a massive media optimization and wastage problem brands and agencies have struggled with since the industry’s conception.
Jason is also a leading advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion in the ad industry. He is currently partnering with SheRunsIt and other industry trade groups to help establish a collaborative approach to solving systemic bias within the advertising hiring, leadership development, investments, and representation.
Matty May is a 25+ media sales veteran having worked for Turner Broadcasting, DoubleClick and Facebook. The majority of her career has been spent at ViacomCBS where she currently leads a convergent sales team as a Vice President.
Matty is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and a Core Dynamics Transitions and Leadership specialist. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Matty earned her Bachelors of Arts in Communications with an Advertising major from Michigan State University.
